Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Bapchule, AZ, north of Maricopa. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with forklift experience who takes pride in safety, accuracy, and keeping operations moving efficiently.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will support daily logistics, material handling, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse organization. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented warehouse environment with consistent weekday hours, supportive supervision, and a clear path for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles while following safe handling procedures.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move pallets, crates, totes, and warehouse materials.
• Store products in designated locations and support inventory accuracy using RF scanners, tablets, and computer systems.
• Inspect shipments, materials, and products to verify accuracy, quality, and safe transport.
• Perform daily forklift inspections, battery charging, and basic equipment care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour.
• Job Type: 12-month contract-to-hire.
• Location: Bapchule, AZ 85121, north of Maricopa.
• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
