Coastal Elite Pro in Browns Summit, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, returns, order picking, packing, and inventory management. You will hire, train, direct, and evaluate associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.

The role also involves supervising controlled substances records, verifying shipments, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse experience.
• Effective communication, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment like reach trucks (proficiency preferred).
• Willingness to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories.
