Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Bolingbrook site. You will champion safety, efficiency, and teamwork, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

With 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, you’ll manage a hands-on team, operate forklifts (training provided), and uphold clear communication. The role offers a morning shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday) and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset—able to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
