Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Supervisor Lead with Purpose to champion daily operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where people come first. You will inspire teams, drive safety, and deliver top-tier results while building an inclusive workplace.

Shift hours are 6AM–4:30PM, Monday to Thursday. You will allocate resources strategically, foster open communication, and collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth operations and shared success, with benefits that support you and your family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and email. Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Shift Details: 6AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Thursday)

Pay: $26 - $28 per hour
