Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Auburn, IN site. You’ll inspire teams, drive excellence, and foster a workplace where people feel valued.

You will champion safety, manage resources, and collaborate with leadership to deliver top-tier results while maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• A hands-on mindset—ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and email. Spanish-speaking is a plus!
