Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a hands-on Supervisor in our Wilkes-Barre, PA site to lead daily warehouse operations. You will drive safety, accountability, and teamwork while aligning operations with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop teams, push for high performance, and foster a culture of trust, growth, and mutual respect. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and clear communication within a diverse site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset—ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and email. Spanish-speaking is a plus!
