iRiS Recruiting Solutions in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center. You will oversee receiving, stocking, picking and shipping while building a cohesive team that drives efficiency.

Using WMS data and KPIs, you will push productivity, safety, and accuracy, maintain daily performance, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and coaching to measurable results.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership.
Experience with high-volume distribution center operations.
Strong coaching, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with WMS, conveyors or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, stocking, picking & shipping.
Lead, motivate & develop warehouse associates.
Use WMS data and KPIs to improve productivity.
