Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a floor team in a high-volume, automated distribution environment in Alabama. You will manage receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping, while applying safety and quality standards and driving daily performance.

This role rewards strong leaders who communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and leverage WMS and conveyor systems to improve productivity and efficiency on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• WMS and automated/conveyor system knowledge is a plus.
