This position involves supervising daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage. The supervisor assigns tasks, ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service, while training associates and maintaining efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities within assigned areas, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor work to optimize productivity and control costs.
• Maintain warehouse KPIs, safety standards, cleanliness, and security.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and address work-related injuries or issues.
• Lead team meetings, communicate updates, and manage staffing, training, and performance development.
• Assist with labor agreement administration and support additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask, work flexibly, and proficiently use MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, and working in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels. Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
