Job summary

Tellworks Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will operate a forklift with care to ensure efficiency and safety, and you may drive in warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery and ensure safety through regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly facility environment.

Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Brief Description

We are looking for warehouse associates with forklift experience and high attention to detail to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles.

Essential Functions

• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prefer 2-4 years of experience
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
• Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions
• Operate hand truck and forklift
• Must be able to read and write English
• Basic Mathematics Skills
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Physical Demands
