Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of Material Handlers, and ensure accurate inventory and safe, efficient processes for company projects.

The role reports to Supply Chain Manager, coordinates material readiness, and supports project execution with staging and deliveries while promoting continuous improvement and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material control experience.
• Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel is preferred.
• Experience supporting construction, telecommunications, or project-based operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse locations.
• Coordinate material readiness and improve warehouse processes for safety and efficiency.
• Lead and develop Material Handlers, promote safety, accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and warehouse procedures, and train staff as needed.
• Support project execution by coordinating material picking, staging, and deliveries.

KeyResponsibilities

WarehouseOperations

• Coordinatedailywarehouseactivitiesincludingreceiving,storage,inventory,picking,kiing,staging,andshipping.
• Prioritizeworkloadstosupportprojectschedulesandoperationalneeds.
• Maintainorganizedwarehouselocationsandaccurateinventoryrecords.
• Monitorwarehouseperformanceandidentifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovement.

Inventory&MaterialControl

• Overseereceiving,inspection,identification,anddocumentationofincomingmaterials.
• Ensureinventoryaccuracythroughcyclecountsandinventoryreconciliation.
• Coordinatethehandlingofdamaged,missing,ornon-conformingmaterials.
• Maintainmaterialtraceabilityandwarehousedocumentation.

ProjectSupport

• Coordinatematerialpicking,kiing,andstagingforfieldoperationsandprojectexecution.
• Communicatematerialavailability,shortages,andreadinesswithprojectteams,Procurement,Logistics,andSupplyChain.
• Stagingshipmentsanddeliveriesofmaterials.

Leadership&Safety

• Supervise,mentor,anddevelopMaterialHandlers.
• Promoteacultureofsafety,accountability,teamwork,andcontinuousimprovement.
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanysafetypolicies,warehouseprocedures,andequipmentrequirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.
• PostsecondaryeducationinSupplyChain,Logistics,Operations,orarelatedfieldispreferred.

Experience

• Five(5)ormoreyearsofwarehouse,inventory,logistics,ormaterialcontrolexperience.
• Previousexperienceleadingorsupervisingwarehousepersonnelpreferred.
• Experiencesupportingconstruction,telecommunications,orproject-basedoperationsisdesirable.

Knowledge&Skills

• Knowledgeofwarehouseoperations,inventorycontrol,receiving,kiing,staging,andshipping.
