Job summary

Aetna seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives in the Erie area. You will develop KPIs, oversee DRP processes, and drive on-time order fulfillment with a hands-on, mentor-led team.

You'll own projects from planning through execution, collaborate across functions, and push for continuous improvement while aligning with Aetna's goals and APICS CSCP standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end project leadership in a business context.
• Fluency in Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP).
• Ability to steer business conversations toward a decision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs to measure progress against objectives.
• Walk an internship client through renewal terms that keep both sides whole.
• Smooth the handoff between planning and order fulfillment onboarding.
• Cut steps in an approval chain to improve speed.
• Identify bottlenecks in standups and resolve them.
