Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Stock Warehouse Assistant in the kitting department to process supply totes and stock the kitting area from the warehouse, ensuring totes are ready for blood collection operations. You will interact with teammates and volunteers, delivering reliable support across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Standard schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with a pay rate of $16.32 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; general office procedures preferred.
• May be forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and shipment of totes to supported sites.
• Cross-train staff to ensure department coverage.
• Coordinate with volunteer partners in the kitting operation.
• Inspect and report discrepancies/damaged materials; store materials properly.
• Fulfill daily customer orders and prepare transportation documents.
