Sawyer Staffing is seeking an experienced LTL Puller with stand-up forklift-operating expertise to join our warehouse team in Simpsonville, SC. The role focuses on pulling, loading, and unloading freight, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.

Responsibilities include operating stand-up forklifts and other equipment, using RF scanners and WMS, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory control. A valid license, drug screen, and clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners for order processing.
• Knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Experience in warehouse distribution, picking & packing, or stock management preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Clean background required.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load and unload shipments
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipment contents against documentation
• Perform order picking and packing with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality control
• Support the warehouse supervisor in maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing warehouse procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts within a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing
• Strong knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Prior experience in warehouse distribution, picking & packing, or stock management preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a drug screening
