Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and quality standards.
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse, maintaining efficiency and safety.
• Maintain organized inventory by properly labeling, stocking, and tracking materials.
• Perform routine checks for damaged or expired products and communicate findings to leadership to maintain quality control.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and packaging machinery in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Support general warehouse operations by keeping work areas clean and adhering to company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with familiarity in inventory handling and order fulfillment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse equipment operation, including stand‑up forklift, and general computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office and shipping systems).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills in a team‑oriented setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements such as bending and reaching.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
