Job summary

Iescorp in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a warehouse associate to operate a forklift and perform loading/unloading and paperwork-related tasks. 1st shift runs 6:30 am to 3 pm and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11 pm, with pay of $20 per hour for up to 40 hours weekly.

This role emphasizes accuracy in relocation, staging, and records to ensure food-grade compliance and efficient inbound/outbound processes.

Job Duties

• Load and unload trailers for warehousing purposes in a safe and timely fashion.
• Learn understanding of paperwork process and filling out paperwork correctly as follows:
• Relocation sheets - ensure inventory is correct when moving products.
• Stage sheets - determines where product will be coming from when not in the product’s original row or a row specified for that product.
• Check sheets – a list of procedures that need followed for each customer for inbound and outbound processes.
• Hour sheets - used to charge a customer for extra labor that we don’t usually bill for.
• Door and temp check - ensure food grade security standards.
• Lift checks – used to prevent equipment damage and show we are compliant with our equipment.
• Records to keep show we are compliant with food grade standards.
