Job summary

IESCORP in Findlay, Ohio is hiring for Stand Up Forklift/Warehouse positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay is $20 per hour, with paid weekly, and a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.

The role involves lifting and moving pallets, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining accurate inventory and paperwork throughout inbound and outbound processes. Candidates should be reliable, able to follow safety and food-grade requirements, and work well in a team to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers for warehousing purposes in a safe and timely fashion.
• Learn understanding of paperwork process and filling out paperwork correctly as follows.
• Relocation sheets - ensure inventory is correct when moving products.
• Stage sheets - determines where product will be coming from when not in the product’s original row or a row specified for that product.
• Check sheets – a list of procedures that need followed for each customer for inbound and outbound processes.
• Hour sheets - used to charge a customer for extra labor that we don’t usually bill for.
• Door and temp check - ensure food grade security standards.
• Lift checks – used to prevent equipment damage and show we are compliant with our equipment.
• Records to keep show we are compliant with food grade standards.#IES1
