We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. We’re building a disciplined, data-driven growth engine — and paid media is a critical part of that foundation.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Warehouse Technical Specialist with a background in electrical, mechanical, or automotive systems to support our equipment operations and elevate our technical capabilities. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on repair work with process ownership—working across a wide range of coffee equipment while helping improve quality standards and team performance. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, tackling complex technical challenges and contributing to a more efficient, scalable operation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys problem-solving, values precision, and wants to expand into a specialized and growing industry.

What You’ll Do
Technical Repair & Diagnostics
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and restore a variety of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
  • Resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and fluid‑related issues across multiple brands and configurations.
  • Perform final testing and validation to ensure all equipment meets performance and quality expectations.
Project Ownership & Execution
  • Take full responsibility for refurbishment and repair workflows, from initial diagnosis through final delivery.
  • Manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Standards, Documentation & Quality
  • Develop and refine technical documentation, repair procedures, and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement long‑term solutions to improve reliability and consistency.
Team Support & Knowledge Transfer
  • Guide and support team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
  • Assist in training warehouse and technical staff to improve overall team capability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to provide technical input on products and customer needs.
  • Support technical inquiries related to both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
  • Oversee parts inventory, sourcing, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth repair workflows.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall operational performance.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a hands‑on technical role (e.g., equipment repair, automotive, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or similar).
  • Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.
  • Physically capable of handling and moving heavy equipment (50+ lbs).
  • Interest in coffee equipment or motivation to develop expertise in this field.
Benefits
  • Paid time off.
  • Professional development support and technical training.
  • Career advancement opportunities within a fast‑growing company.
  • Autonomy in a goal‑oriented and performance‑driven culture.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative equipment and evolving technologies.
