Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Monroe, LA to support shipping, receiving and material handling. You will stock, pick, pack, stage and ship products, use a pallet jack, and work with the WMS to verify orders.

Candidates should have 6–12 months of related experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. This on-site role offers a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products as part of shipping/receiving tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for movement, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, labeling and wrapping.
• Assemble components into kits and enter data into the WMS.
• Pick and pack inventory for shipment and stage for loading.
• Unload trailers, verify accuracy against PO and pack slip in WMS.
• Receive returns, verify warranty, update WMS, and prep for stock or disposal.
• Train coworkers and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
