Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join the shipping, receiving, and material handling team. You will receive shipments, stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and prepare products for transport using powered equipment as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, with paid orientation and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma required.
• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and stock inventory; perform shipping and receiving tasks.
• Operate powered equipment to move products within the warehouse (certified).
• Assemble kits from components; enter kit data into WMS.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment; load trailers.
• Unload trailers; verify product against PO and packing slips.
• Train other employees and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
