RealTruck is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material handling at our Ann Arbor, MI location. The role involves stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, staging orders, and preparing shipments using powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities include receiving products, scanning, labeling, and loading trailers, while ensuring accuracy against documents in the WMS. Candidate should have forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6–12 months related experience or training required.
• 2–5 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for movement, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping.
• Operate powered equipment to move products; perform routine forklift maintenance checks when certified.
• Assemble components into kits and enter data into WMS.
• Pick, pack, stage and load shipments according to customer orders and PO.
• Unload trailers and verify received goods against PO and packing slips in WMS.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
