Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Monroe, WI. This role supports receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery while coordinating with technicians for parts and equipment needs.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 lbs or more with assistance as needed. This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail mandatory.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted (more with help).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory including receiving, verifying product counts, and organizing storage.
• Contribute to lean inventory and communicate excess inventory issues.
• Package and palletize product for shipping.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers.
• Label and pack shipping documentation with shipments.
• Deliver parts to technicians on assigned job orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate with Service Manager, Parts Coordinator, and Purchasing & Materials Manager about upcoming jobs.
