Job summary

Specialty Products and Insulation in Lancaster is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory in a fast-paced facility. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack safely while meeting cycle counts and ensuring loads are secured.

We value reliable team players who can stand up to 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain accuracy using handheld scanners. Forklift certification is preferred, but not required; local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to load/unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Cycle count inventory and store items in an orderly, accessible manner with quality checks.
• Ensure loads are secured to minimize damage and breakage during transport.
• Stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
