Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in the United States. You will pick and pack orders, load/unload trucks, and use RF scanners and WMS to process shipments. You’ll maintain inventory records and assist with loading, safety, and warehouse upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, accuracy in order fulfillment, and teamwork to support Grimco’s nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
• Ability to compete and pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies for shipping.
• Load and unload trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain clear and accurate inventory records.
• Measure and cut custom pieces using panel saw or roll slitter.
• Ensure safety per OSHA standards and Grimco's safety checklist.
• Assist couriers, verify loads, and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Maintain equipment, trucks, and warehouse cleanliness.
