Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ohio to pick/pack orders, load/unload shipments, and manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS. The role focuses on accuracy, safety, and timely processing.

You will measure and cut materials, ensure OSHA compliance, and support couriers while maintaining warehouse equipment and cleanliness. Join a team delivering essential sign supplies across North America.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
• Ability to compete and pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies for shipping to customers.
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain clear and accurate inventory records.
• Measure and cut custom size product pieces using panel saw and/or roll slitter.
• Ensure workplace conditions meet OSHA standards and Grimco’s safety checklist.
• Assist couriers and drivers, verify loads for accuracy, maximize delivery efficiency.
• Maintain equipment, trucks, and warehouse including cleaning and maintenance.
