Job summary

Grimco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, load and unload trucks, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will operate RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS), using a panel saw and roll slitter for custom cuts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for shipping to customers.
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand and forklift.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain clear and accurate inventory records.
• Cut custom size product pieces with panel saw or roll slitter.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and Grimco safety checklist.
• Assist couriers, verify loads, and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and warehouse area (cleaning, maintenance).
