Weber Blackstone in the United States seeks a warehouse associate to move and handle product within the Global Distribution Center. You will operate powered industrial trucks, use RF scanners, and verify counts and locations to ensure accurate inventory flow.

Responsibilities include unloading/import containers, labeling shipments, and staging goods for outbound freight. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and adherence to procedures under a union-informed compensation structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English language proficiency to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to communicate effectively.
• Weber Approved Powered Industrial Truck License is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down powered industrial truck (forks and clamp).
• Operate standup reach truck.
• Unload import/export containers and domestic trailers to receiving dock.
• Check unloaded product for accurate models and counts; report damage.
• Label product properly with shipping labels when required.
• Shrink wrap product; hand stack freight.
• Verify counts and locations; report discrepancies and inventory issues.
• Load containers and verify container/trailer IDs.
