SRS Distribution Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate in Champaign to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials. You will unload incoming orders, log materials, and ensure timely loading of outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include maintaining organization, rotating stock, reporting discrepancies, and adhering to safety standards while collaborating with the team to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Safety audits and training experience.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and math for counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with proper documentation.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; support yard and office tasks.
• Organize inventory, rotate stock, and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a 'team-first' culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
