Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift certification preferred and OSHA knowledge beneficial.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution environment is ideal.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software applications.
• Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and trainings is a plus.
• Strong time-management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure proper handling and delivery documentation.
• Keep warehouse and yard organized; uphold safety and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory; rotate stock and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to support a team-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely following guidelines.
