Job summary

SRS Building Products in San Diego, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will log incoming shipments, prepare outgoing orders, and maintain an organized, safe workspace.

Applicants should have a High School diploma, forklift certification, and experience in high-volume distribution. Proficiency with inventory software and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA regulations and warehouse safety knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is desirable.
• Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials per company standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure correct handling, documentation, and schedules.
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse and yard; perform general maintenance as needed.
• Inventory management: rotate stock, distribute materials, report discrepancies or damage.
• Collaborate with team to support a safe, productive work environment; uphold team-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely following guidelines.
