Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a dependable warehouse team member in Ohio to handle receiving, shipping, and aftermarket shipments. Responsibilities include building parts boxes, stocking according to schedules, and ensuring accurate parts picking while operating material handling equipment safely.

Overtime may be required; strong communication, initiative, and computer skills are essential in a heavy manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises and varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.
• Experience utilizing material handling equipment.
• Be self-motivated, have strong initiative and strong communication skills.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to work hours outside regular schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report inventory discrepancies.
• Verify count, condition, and identification of materials (Receiving).
• Receive per company procedures.
• Deliver MRO items.
• Band, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment; load onto truck (Shipping).
• Transport units from paint to shipping area.
• Follow shipping and packaging work instructions.
• Follow sales order dates to ensure aftermarket shipments; run work orders.
• Deliver shipments to the UPS building daily (After Market).
• Build parts boxes according to work orders and guides (Parts Box Assembly).
• Stock all lines following daily build schedule (Warehouse Picker).
• Communicate with floor supervisor and materials groups to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
