Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, labeling and inspecting products to meet customer needs. You will operate equipment as needed, record order details, and ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct item count.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker to pick orders as needed.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Record order and packaging data on specified forms/records.
• Affix shipping labels and mark boxes per regulations.
• Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to meet specs.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and comply with SQFI/FDA standards.
