Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, labeling, and shipping activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient handling of orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use basic computer tools to document activities, operate equipment, and ensure shipments comply with regulatory standards, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail required.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate a forklift or order picker as needed for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments via parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record order information on required forms and systems.
• Affix shipping labels and ensure compliance with DOT/IATA/IMDG rules.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Communicate incidents to supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
