Job summary

Kenco Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and ensure product quality for shipments. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Able to perform physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as needed.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Attach shipping labels and ensure accuracy of records.
• Inspect containers and packing to meet specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
