Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, label and inspect products, and use equipment to prepare shipments for processing and receiving demands. The role supports accurate outbound shipments and compliance with safety standards.

The position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker if required.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information.
• Affix shipping and tracking labels.
• Inspect containers and products per packing specs.
• Perform quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Ensure SQFI, FDA, and customer readiness.
