Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mississippi to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for readiness. You may operate a forklift or order picker to meet shipping needs and ensure accuracy and safety in all packing and loading processes.

Responsibilities include recording data, applying proper labels, and maintaining a clean, inspection-ready workspace aligned with SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail; pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct item count and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate a forklift or order picker if required.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms/records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes/pallets.
• Inspect packages for damage and packing compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure SOP compliance.
