Kenco Logistics in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipment readiness. You will use equipment to prepare shipments and support accuracy and quality for customer orders.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A focus on detail and following procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Background and drug screen pass required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products.
• May operate forklift or order picker.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Record order and packaging data, and apply labels.
• Inspect containers and products for packing specifications.
• Perform quality inspections per SOPs and participate in Inventory/Cycle Counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report incidents.
