Kenco Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Tennessee. You will pick and pack orders, print labels, inspect products, and operate equipment to prepare shipments and support receiving needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate a forklift or order picker if required.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product and order information on forms or records.
• Affix proper shipping labels and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and ensure inspections meet standards.
• Assist in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
