Job summary

Haun Welding Supply & Specialty Gases is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and filling operations in our Danbury facility. You’ll ensure accuracy in processing, packing, and moving goods while maintaining safe, organized workflows.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy against packing slips.
• Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and branch transfers for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Label, stage, and organize outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and system updates.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
