Haun Welding Supply Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving operations.

You will receive, verify, and process shipments, prepare orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy while following safety procedures. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), competitive hourly pay with monthly bonus opportunities, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and PTO.

• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with attention to detail
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• You are 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Valid NYS driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)

• Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to operate production equipment, hand tools, and machinery safely
• Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to safely navigate the production areas, including stairs, platforms, and workstations
• Perform work in a fast‑paced, safety‑sensitive production environment including exposure to industrial conditions including heat, cold, noise, and varying temperatures
• Required PPE and adherence to strict safety procedures
