Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist – Mid-Level to join our team. Warehouse personnel are responsible for organizing, storing, and cataloguing items stored in designated warehouse spaces, and relocating furniture, pallets, cardboard, and electronics throughout the week.

You’ll complete shipments, prepare and pack orders, drive deliveries, enforce inventory controls, maintain a clean work environment, follow procedures, and enter required information in reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience in a related warehouse or shipping field.
• Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Reliable and diligent worker.

Responsibilities

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes.
• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Complies with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Answer customer and client inquiries.
• Perform additional tasks as required by superiors.

Warehouse personnel are responsible for organizing, storing, and cataloguing items stored in designated warehouse spaces. In addition, they relocate a variety of items, such as furniture, pallets, cardboard, and electronics throughout the week.
