Job summary

Demgy Pacific in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. You will maintain ERP inventory records, stock control, and provide production with materials per schedules.

You will operate forklifts and hand tools, coordinate with carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL), and maintain accurate shipping records while upholding safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using ERP systems or inventory control software.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn company software systems.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate a light truck and perform local deliveries as needed.
• Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL).
• Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment safely.
• Strong communication in English and accuracy in records.
• Maintains accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and quality records.
• Good math, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-driven, teamwork, and customer service focus.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and coordinate transfers with production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels.
• Provide materials to Assembly and other departments to support production.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and process incoming materials.
• Prepare outbound shipments with packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Schedule pickups with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and LTL carriers.
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Enter inventory and shipping data into ERP accurately.
• Communicate shipment changes and discrepancies with teams.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Package and ship finished goods per schedule and customer needs.
• Perform local deliveries as required and assist shipping activities.
