Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking a Warehouse Operator to create, coordinate and complete shipments between the company and clients. You will coordinate with off-site locations, suppliers, and vendors to meet deadlines, process orders and track shipments.

You may serve as a point of contact for customer service and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. The role requires forklift experience, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• English preferred for reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily activities for an assigned shift or area.
• Adheres to warehouse work instructions for receiving, labeling, storing, shipping and value add services.
• Meets objectives in performance, safety, quality, leadership and customer service.
• Collaborates with supervisors and teams to improve service to the client.
• Unloads inbound shipments and moves products to the correct destination.
• Loads/unloads products using proper handling techniques.
• Verifies driver, trailer and bills for the carrier and location; counts freight with the driver.
• Performs forklift activities and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Keeps desk/office area organized and performs other duties as assigned.
