TruTeam in Wilson, NC seeks a Warehouse Associate to handle loading/unloading, inventory, receiving and shipping tasks. You will perform cycle counts, organize stock, and help maintain safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Minimum age 18, valid driver’s license if vehicle use is required, and forklift certification are required. The role involves standing for long periods and occasional local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license if operating vehicle for company purposes.
• Strong math skills for weight, measurements and counting.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installer’s trucks and ensure loads are secured.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receive inbound material, stock inventory, process returns and notify of damaged shipments.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain clean, organized facility.
• Occasionally deliver to job sites or customers as needed.
