Job summary

Lumber Suppliers - Champaign is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials in our Champaign, IL facility. You will log shipments, verify counts, and help ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires physical capability (lifting up to 100 lbs) and forklift operation, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment. Comprehensive benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload shipments; log and store materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure correct handling and on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and yard; uphold safety standards.
• Manage inventory: rotate stock, report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team; contribute to cooperative culture.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
