Job summary
APTURA Group in Urbana, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. You will verify counts against purchase orders, stage materials for installation or delivery, and assist customers with loading and pickup while maintaining accurate inventory records in our inventory software.
Responsibilities include operating a forklift, handling paperwork, and upholding safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items throughout the day.
- Attention to detail.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to more than 75 lbs with assistance.
- Prior Experience driving a box truck in a shipping/receiving/delivery environment is a plus
