West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Richmond, VA operations. You will assist the Warehouse Manager with shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily installation tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Eligible candidates will have warehouse experience and a valid driver's license to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with shipping and receiving preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone or device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies; ensure trucks are stocked.
• Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs; provide necessary tools.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety; assist with maintenance and snow/ice removal.
