Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Norristown, PA to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily installation tasks. The role involves staging supplies, delivering parts to job sites, and helping maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries against packing slips, stocking trucks, and coordinating with the warehouse team. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are preferred. Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.
