Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily installation tasks. The role supports the Warehouse Manager, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, on-site at our Richmond location.

Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, maintaining inventory, staging materials for jobs, and keeping the warehouse safe and organized. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) match, HSA, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Smartphone required for two-factor authentication logins.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: inspect deliveries, verify quantities, document discrepancies, route goods to departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: monitor consumables, conduct counts, distribute supplies, stock trucks with tools.
• Support Daily Installations: stage paperwork/materials, provide tools, deliver parts/materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: keep area clean, safe, and organized; assist with light maintenance and snow/ice removal.
