Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a warehouse associate to support barcode processing, box handling, and fleet-related tasks. The role involves operating picker forklifts and other equipment, performing safety checks, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 40–50 lb regularly, and be comfortable with overtime. A background check is required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR/background check.
• Physically able to lift 40–50 lb daily.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Background check required.
• Warehouse environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access list.
• Refile boxes/files.
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction.
• Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations.
• Operate a picker forklift or other company equipment.
• Complete safety checks on equipment before use.
• Move boxes to assigned areas.
• Warehouse maintenance.
• Make pickups and deliveries.
• Vehicle maintenance.
• Return equipment to charging stations at end of day.
• Other duties as assigned.
